Unison Infrastructure in Paris is seeking an energetic Site Acquisition Specialist to develop and manage a pipeline of real estate investment leads from sourcing to closing.

You will build relationships with property owners, use a consultative approach to grow the pipeline, and contribute to product design and marketing initiatives while consistently meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales.
• Strong sales acumen with negotiation skills.
• Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing to close.
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
• Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and build the pipeline using a consultative approach.
• Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to origination funnel management and closings.
• Rigorously monitor origination activity to ensure health and stability of the sales pipeline.
• Contribute to origination processes such as data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and product design to maintain competitive market position.
