Lever, Inc. is seeking an energetic Site Acquisition Specialist in Paris to develop and manage a pipeline of real estate investment leads from contact to closing.

The role reports to the Managing Director of Origination and focuses on cultivating relationships with property owners and driving a robust sales funnel. You will manage sourcing to close, build a consultative pipeline, and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets while contributing to CRM design and strategic product

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in B2C sales.
• Natural sales talent with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional negotiation skills.
• Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing to close.
• Familiarity with real estate closing processes is preferred.
• Familiarity with IRR and NPV concepts is preferred.
• Experience originating within CRE, mortgages, telecom, mineral rights acquisition, or renewables industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing.
• Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and build the pipeline.
• Hit personal monthly, quarterly, and annual origination targets.
• Monitor origination activity to ensure health of the sales funnel.
• Contribute to data mining, CRM design, and marketing initiatives.
• Support strategic initiatives and product design to stay competitive.
