Professional background

Hold an unrestricted active US LPC or LMHC license and bring at least two years practicing after licensure. You need treatment-planning, safety-assessment and evidence-based counseling experience, clear clinical English and ten hours weekly. Trauma, substance-use, couples or adolescent expertise, crisis-line/community practice, supervision and counselor education are advantages.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$70 $105/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
