ixolabs.ai seeks an experienced safeguarding expert to review adolescent protection scenarios, assess risk, and guide protective actions and reporting logic. You will identify grooming or abuse concerns, apply trauma-informed communication, and explain when a response misses risk or follows the wrong professional pathway.

Preferred background includes 3–5+ years after qualification in safeguarding, a current clinical license in good standing, and an active caseload.

Review adolescent safeguarding and exploitation scenarios for sound assessment, protective action and reporting logic. Identify grooming or abuse concerns, consider trauma-informed communication and explain when a response misses risk or applies the wrong professional pathway.

Professional background

Knowledge of child sexual exploitation/abuse risk assessment and mandatory reporting is required. Preferred preparation includes three to five or more years after qualification in safeguarding or adolescent protection, with a relevant clinical specialty and a current license in good standing. Bring a caseload or safeguarding practice active within the past two years and strong trauma-informed documentation.

Preferred English proficiency is at research-writing level: native or comparable to IELTS 7.5 overall/7.0 writing, TOEFL 100+, or Cambridge C1–C2. Designated safeguarding, expert-witness work and knowledge of ACEs/trauma frameworks are advantages.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$50 $100/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
