ixolabs.ai seeks an experienced occupational-therapy specialist (OTR/L) for remote, paid expert work. You will create occupational-therapy cases focusing on daily living, cognition, adaptive strategies, and functional goals, reviewing safety recommendations and practical fits for real environments.

Requirements include OTR/L status, NBCOT certification, an unrestricted US license, at least two clinical years, and strong clinical writing.

Create occupational-therapy cases about daily living, cognition, adaptive strategies and functional goals. Review recommendations for safety and practical fit, explain the functional reasoning behind them and identify plans that would fail in the person's real environment.

Professional background

You need OTR/L status, NBCOT certification and an unrestricted active US license, plus at least two clinical years. Bring daily-living assessment, adaptive-equipment and functional-goal skills, clear clinical writing and ten hours weekly. Pediatric, hand/CHT or home-health work, neurological/cognitive rehabilitation and fieldwork teaching are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$75 $115/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
