IXO Labs is seeking an experienced clinician to evaluate adolescent suicide and self-harm scenarios, focusing on acuity, intent and safety. You will review assessment and safety-planning reasoning, distinguish important risk signals from unsupported inferences, and explain evidence-based corrections.

This remote, paid expert role requires a license/registration with adolescent caseload experience and familiarity with C-SSRS, safety planning, DBT-A and trauma-informed approaches.

Qualifications

• Specialist in child/adolescent psychiatry or psychology with direct suicide/self-harm work experience.
• Post-qualification years: 3–5 or more, with adolescent caseload in the past two years.
• Licensed or registered in good standing.

Professional background

The preferred profile combines specialist child/adolescent psychiatry or psychology with three to five or more post-qualification years of direct suicide/self-harm work. Bring a license or registration in good standing and an adolescent caseload within the past two years. Relevant tools include C-SSRS and safety planning; evidence-based interventions include DBT-A and trauma-informed approaches.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$50 $100/hr USD
