ixolabs.ai seeks an expert in clinical social work to develop and evaluate scenarios on intake, safety, resources, and ethical decisions. Pay ranges from USD 75 to 115 per hour, agreed prior to starting, and applicants must maintain professional confidentiality and risk-aware practice throughout engagements.

Professional background

You need an unrestricted active US LCSW license and at least two years of clinical work after licensure. Bring case-formulation, safety-planning and crisis-intervention experience, clear clinical English and ten hours weekly. Medical, school or child-welfare practice, supervision of associate clinicians and CBT/DBT/EMDR/MI training are preferred.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$75 $115/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
