Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Product Design Director, Patient, to own the design vision for the patient experience across the platform. You will lead a team of six Senior Product Designers and one Senior Content Designer, shaping AI-powered health experiences and multi-country design systems.

Fluency in English is required; French or German are a strong plus. This role reports to the VP Design and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with 3+ years leading people.
• Experience in consumer products used by millions is preferred.
• Experience managing teams of Product Designers (5+ designers) is desirable.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for the Patient stream from booking to ongoing health support.
• Lead, coach and develop the Patient Design team across countries and disciplines.
• Establish design principles for transparency, trust and safe escalation in healthcare contexts.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business leadership to scale the patient experience.
