Responsibilities

• Build tooling and workflows for writing, testing, reviewing and merging code.
• Own testing/feedback for monolith and satellite services.
• Lead developer productivity metrics—DORA and related indicators.
• Oversee inner-loop experiences: environments, onboarding and sandboxing.
• Develop and grow the AI DevEx team and Talent.
