Product Design Director, Patient Experience

Job summary

Doctolib invites an experienced Product Design Director, Patient, to shape the design of the patient experience across Europe. You will own the design vision for the Health Companion and lead a team of six designers, collaborating with product, engineering, medical, data and business leaders.

In this role you will balance high-quality craft with scalable processes, define design principles for transparency in AI-powered health journeys, and drive the strategy to scale the patient experience

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in consumer products used by millions of people.
• Experience managing at least five Product Designers.
• Fluency in English; French or German is a plus.
• Healthcare or regulated environment experience is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for the Patient stream.
• Lead and grow a team of senior designers and influence the organisation.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business leadership.
• Shape AI-native experiences that are clear, useful and trustworthy.
• Scale the patient experience across countries, languages and contexts.
