Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Director of Developer Experience in Paris to lead the AI Developer Experience team and own CI/CD/Developer Experience. You will oversee testing, feedback, and productivity metrics across multiple services, partnering with Product Engineering and Product Management to drive adoption.

You will build and scale the inner-loop experience, organize the team, and shift AI adoption from a temporary initiative to a permanent capability, ensuring quality and control across

• Led large-scale Developer Experience transformations.
• Experience managing managers and staff.
• Strong written communication and structured thinking.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build tools/workflows for agents to write, test, review and merge code with evaluation and security checks.
• Own testing/feedback for monolith and satellite services, elevating CI.
• Measure developer productivity in AI context (DORA, autonomous change rate).
• Lead inner-loop experience: environments, onboarding, editor integration, sandboxing.
