Job summary

Doctolib, the Paris-based healthtech, is seeking a Product Design Director for the Patient stream. You will define the design vision across high-traffic booking and AI-powered Health Companion experiences, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Medical, Data, and Business leaders.

You will lead a team of senior designers, scale design practices across multiple markets, and ensure transparent, user-centered design in a regulated healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design with 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience designing consumer products used by millions.
• Experience managing at least five Product Designers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive design vision for the Patient stream, spanning high-traffic booking and Health Companion experiences.
• Raise the quality bar for product design, interaction design, and content across the patient experience.
• Build a high-performing design organisation through hiring, coaching, and leadership development.
• Collaborate across Design, Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business to scale across countries.
