Job summary

Doctolib seeks a Director of Developer Experience to lead the newly formed AI Developer Experience team and own the existing CI and Developer Experience scope. You will report to the VP Platform Engineering and collaborate across Product Engineering, Product Management and SRE to improve tooling, testing, and release workflows for a fast-growing engineering organization in Paris.

Qualifications

• Led Developer Experience, Developer Productivity, Developer Infrastructure or Build/CI teams serving 300+ engineers.
• Deep technical credibility across CI/CD, build and test infrastructure, monorepo build graphs, test selection, caching, merge queues and flake management.
• 5+ years of experience as a manager of managers: hiring, growing and leveling engineering managers and staff-plus ICs.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build tools and workflows for agents to write, test, review and merge code with fast feedback loops.
• Own testing and feedback for monolith and satellite services, elevating CI capabilities.
• Measure developer productivity in AI contexts (DORA, autonomous change rate) and make results actionable.
• Lead the inner-loop experience: local/remote environments, onboarding, editor integration and sandboxing.
• Grow and structure the AI DevEx team and partner with Product Engineering/Management to drive adoption.
