Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Product Design Director, Patient, to own the design vision for the patient experience. You will work with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Medical, Data and Business, guiding a team of designers to deliver high-impact health journeys.

You will build AI-enabled, trustworthy patient interactions, balancing global scale with local relevance, and shaping a design organization that drives measurable outcomes in user adoption, satisfaction and care quality.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product design, including 3+ years in people leadership.
• Experience in a consumer product organization used by millions.
• Strong track record designing and scaling products across multiple markets.
• Experience managing at least five Product Designers, including ICs and managers.
• Fluency in English; French/German a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the design vision for the Patient stream across high-traffic journeys.
• Lead and develop the Patient design team and operating model.
• Shape AI-native experiences with clear, trustworthy interactions.
• Establish design principles for transparency, explainability and safety in healthcare.
