H is hiring a lawyer in Paris to draft and negotiate AI service agreements and related contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers. You will help shape contract language as AI products evolve under data protection law, and report to the General Counsel.

You will collaborate with engineering and business teams, addressing regulatory compliance, IP, and liability considerations in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s in law and bar admission required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection rules.
• Experience with IP, contract law and liability considerations.
• Experience in fast-growing tech or AI-focused environments.
• Ability to communicate legal positions clearly to engineers.

Responsabilités

• Draft and advise on a wide range of contracts, including AI service agreements, with customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Negotiate contract terms, including liability caps and risk allocation.
• Translate product developments and AI law into contract changes and negotiation guidance.
• Answer engineers and business teams on compliant deployment of AI and data use.
• Handle employment, corporate, or competition law questions when needed.
