Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for a freelance role based in Paris or Bordeaux, with one remote day per week. You will design, build, and scale production-grade AI systems at the intersection of software engineering, ML, and Generative AI, delivering agentic capabilities used by Mirakl customers and internal teams.

The role focuses on end-to-end AI product development, from LLMs and retrieval to orchestration, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software/ML engineering or related fields.
• Strong Python and software engineering fundamentals.
• Experience delivering production AI systems and agents.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems for Mirakl.
• Integrate AI capabilities across internal platforms and tools.
• Iterate using pilots, metrics, and feedback to maximize impact.
• Ensure quality, security, and reliability of AI solutions.
