Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, develop and deploy AI systems across strategic domains such as Sales, GTM, Marketing or Finance & Legal. This permanent CDI role is based in Paris or Bordeaux with 4 days on-site per week.

You will combine deep AI engineering expertise with product understanding to define roadmaps, drive architectural decisions, and deliver measurable outcomes across teams. A 7+ years background in Software/ML engineering and leadership is expected.

• 7+ years in Software/ML engineering with production AI systems.
• Strong ability to influence product and business decisions.
• Proven leadership on cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the tech strategy and map the domain's AI roadmap.
• Design and build production-grade AI systems with scalability in mind.
