The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, 5 years of relevant experience, and excellent project management and customer relation skills. A strong command of French and English is essential. This position is remote, located in France.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in telecommunications or a related technical field.
• 5 years of customer support experience in data communications.
• Experience managing high-profile tasks or projects.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary account contact for Customer Success.
• Coordinate all post-sales activities with sales teams.
• Engage customers for product enhancement requirements.
• Provide quarterly reviews to Premier customers.
• Monitor and review all support cases.
