Zusammenfassung

Mindflow is seeking a Pre‑Sales Solutions Engineer to be the technical partner for prospects through the sales cycle, connecting business and technical needs to Mindflow’s platform and designing compelling solutions.

This role blends discovery, architecture, demonstrations and hands‑on PoC work across Cybersecurity, IT and AI use cases, delivering demonstrations and credible business cases to stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, pre‑sales or related customer‑facing role.
• Strong foundation in cybersecurity, IT operations, cloud, DevOps, automation or AI.
• Hands‑on experience with APIs and JSON; scripting is a strong advantage.
• Ability to run structured discovery, design a solution and present it convincingly.
• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in both French and English.
• Pragmatic, curious and outcome‑oriented mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery with security, IT, cloud, operations and architecture stakeholders.
• Design solution architectures connecting Mindflow to the customer’s existing technology stack.
• Build tailored demonstrations, workshops and proofs of concept using APIs and automation building blocks.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to practitioners, executives and procurement teams.
• Own the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, security reviews and solution proposals.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, remove technical blockers and build credible business cases.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure a clean handoff from pre‑sales to delivery.
• Create reusable demos, technical content and competitive enablement for the wider go‑to‑market team.
