Semikron Danfoss in Paris seeks a Power Electronics Project Manager to lead large-scale, cross-site programs from concept through start of production, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and aligned with objectives.

You will collaborate with product development, testing, production, and suppliers to shape technical offers and drive continuous improvement, while promoting sustainability and innovation across sectors.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of PM experience in power electronics or related fields.
• Strong mastery of project planning, risk, and budget control.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• PM certification (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead large, cross-site projects from concept to production.
• Define scope, plans, milestones, and resource needs.
• Manage stakeholders and report risks and status.
• Define technical solutions with Product teams.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and documentation.
