  • Project planning and execution: Define project scope, create and maintain detailed project plans, manage timelines, risks, milestones, and critical paths, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
  • Stakeholder and customer management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners, providing clear and structured reporting on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Technical offers and solution definition: Analyze customer specifications, define technical solutions based on existing platforms and new technologies together with Product Development and Product Management, and prepare technical offers including cost and effort calculations.
  • Risk, quality, and continuous improvement: Identify and mitigate project risks, manage issues proactively, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, maintain complete project documentation, and continuously improve project management practices.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in managing large scale and complex projects with 7 to 10 years of proven project management experience, ideally in power electronics, energy, automotive, or industrial environments.
