INOVANCE Automotive in France seeks an experienced technical interface for the SELA on-board power business. You will lead technical engagement with customers, translate requirements, and design solutions for DCDC/OCDC power products.

You will coordinate with the French local team and China HQ to ensure milestones, assess RFQ inputs, and monitor European market trends to support product planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields.
• Familiar with DCDC/OCDC topologies and key technical specifications.
• Experience in product development or technical support for on-board power supplies, chargers, or DCDC converters.
• Strong project management, solution planning, risk identification and cross-team execution.
• Fluent in French and English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and willingness to travel.

• Interpret customer technical specifications and SOR (Statement of Requirements), delivering requirement breakdown, feasibility analysis, and technical solution proposals;
• Participate in project planning, manage technical risks, and drive issues to closure;
• Coordinate resources across the French local team and China headquarters (R&D, Quality, Supply Chain) to ensure on-time milestone delivery;
• Support technical assessment and quotation input during the RFQ stage;
• Monitor technology trends in the European on-board power industry and competitive landscape to support product planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines;
• Familiar with common DCDC/OCDC topologies and key technical specifications;

• Project management capability: solution planning, risk identification and control, and cross-team execution;
• Languages: Fluent in French and English; Chinese proficiency is a plus;
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills and willingness to travel.
