Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in customer support, applications engineering, field engineering, or electronics design.
• Understanding of power electronics, switching technologies, industrial controls, or electromechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers.
• Fluent English required; additional European languages would be beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support to customers across a range of power switching and control products.
• Assist customers with product selection, integration, and performance optimisation.
• Investigate technical issues and support root cause analysis activities.
• Work closely with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve customer challenges.
• Deliver technical presentations, product training, and application guidance.
