Schneider Electric is seeking an senior Project Management leader for the Digital Energy scope based in France. You will oversee a regional PM team, guide project execution from initiation to site acceptance, and ensure safe, profitable delivery for global and regional accounts.

The role is based in Lattes near Montpellier with options in Grenoble or Paris, emphasizing leadership in complex projects, risk control, and strong customer focus in data center, BMS and EPMS environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of project management experience with strong customer exposure.
• Proven leadership ability to guide teams through complex challenges.
• Fluent English required for interactions with international customers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee customer projects from initiation to site acceptance for Digital Energy portfolio.
• Lead regional project manager team and set priorities with strategic alignment.
• Plan workforce by assessing demand and defining execution setup.
• Manage risk, budgets, profitability and compliance to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities in delivery processes.
