Sécheron Hasler Group in France is seeking an experienced Industrial Coordination Manager to drive manufacturing process definition, coordination between R&D, production, quality and procurement, and oversee assembly/testing phases across Prague and EMS plant alignment with annual forecasts.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics design/manufacturing, a degree in Electronics Engineering, strong project management and documentation skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a design office or electronic product manufacturing environment.
• Degree in Electronics Engineering.
• Experience as Industrialization / Methods Engineer and/or Industrial Transfer Manager.
• Experience managing technical projects including planning, coordination and reporting.
• Ability to produce clear, structured and comprehensive technical documentation.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the design phase to understand and integrate constraints.
• Define and validate manufacturing processes (assembly, testing, quality control).
• Maintain manufacturing documentation UpToDate (BOMs, routings, procedures).
• Coordinate interactions between R&D, production, quality and procurement teams.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during production.
• Monitor EMS manufacturing performance in terms of production capacity, quality, cost and delivery.
• Define and coordinate assembly and testing phases for the final product in Prague production unit.
• Manage and monitor orders between Prague and the EMS manufacturing plant based on annual sales forecasts.
• Lead prototyping, pre-series and ramp-up phases of the new product.
