• PhD required in relevant field.
• Experience with electron microscopy (Cryo-EM, CLEM or tomography) is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead in situ structural characterization of viral replication complexes.
• Perform tomographic reconstructions and use FIB-SEM milling for sample prep.
• Validate localization and function of replication complexes in infected cells.
