Instruct-ERIC invites outstanding candidates to apply for a PhD position at IGBMC-CERBM in France, investigating the TIP60/EP400 complex in chromatin regulation and genome integrity. The project combines structural biology, biochemistry, and computational drug discovery in a collaborative, international setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or near completion) in a relevant field.
• Background in biochemistry or structural biology preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Determine how TIP60-C recognizes nucleosomes to drive H2A.Z exchange.
• Elucidate mechanisms by which TIP60-C promotes DNA damage repair.
• Contribute to project design and interpretation using cryo-EM and computational approaches.
