You will uphold community standards, moderate content in Portuguese and English, and collaborate with international teams to ensure user safety on one of the world's leading social platforms.

Ideal candidates are fluent in Portuguese and English, possess strong analytical skills, and are ready for relocation with a fully paid training and relocation package.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Professional proficiency in English to communicate within a global team.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and pattern recognition.
• Previous experience in content moderation, trust and safety, or similar social media roles preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with community safety guidelines.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate digital safety threats to maintain a secure online environment.
• Maintain high accuracy while handling complex reports in Portuguese and English.
• Stay updated on evolving social media safety policies and platform standards.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve moderation workflows.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion, following privacy and security protocols.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of the role through feedback.
