Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an SRE team focused on platform reliability and observability at a European scale. You will grow the team of Site Reliability Engineers, drive reliability across 170+ apps, and partner with product and engineering to enable fast, safe delivery.

You will shape the reliability strategy, own critical transversal services, and guide on-call processes, postmortems, and incident responses while balancing technical depth with people leadership.

Qualifications

• Have at least 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience.
• Have 3+ years of engineering management experience, leading technical teams (ideally SRE, platform, or infrastructure teams).
• Strong understanding of observability tooling and architecture (OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Datadog, Elasticsearch).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and secrets management systems.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience scaling SRE or platform teams in fast-growing, high-traffic environments.
• Hands-on experience with backend programming languages (Go, Python, Ruby).

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
• Create a culture of operational excellence and psychological safety.
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top SRE talent aligned with Doctolib's mission and values.
• Define and evolve the reliability and observability strategy across the platform (infrastructure automation, logging, metrics, tracing, alerting).
• Drive prioritization and roadmap planning for large-scale reliability initiatives (SLOs, error budgets, alerting standards).
• Own the evolution of critical transversal services (e.g. secrets management, IaC tooling).
• Lead on-call, incident response, and postmortems to drive systemic improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to align reliability capabilities with product needs.
• Represent the team in leadership forums and architectural reviews.
• Embed reliability practices early in the development lifecycle.
