Doctolib is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join the Platform Engineering SRE team. You’ll ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and resilient at a European scale, across infrastructure, observability, and cross-cutting reliability programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Site Reliability Engineering role in a large-scale production environment.
• Proven experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong Kubernetes deployment and scaling knowledge.
• Hands-on infrastructure as code with Terraform in production contexts.
• Experience defining SLIs/SLOs and incident response processes.
• Comfort with on-call rotations and reducing noise through telemetry.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain infra automation and IaC at scale across many apps.
• Lead cross-cutting reliability initiatives; improve detection and postmortems.
• Design and improve infrastructure components for reliability and observability.
• Define and drive SLOs and alerting standards for product teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations; improve on-call experience and telemetry.
• Partner with software teams to bake reliability into development lifecycles.
