Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the OREO Observability Reliability Engineering team within Platform Engineering in Levallois-Perret. You will guide a growing SRE team, shape the observability platform, and partner with product and design teams to enable scalable, reliable services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or SRE experience in cloud-native environments.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading technical teams (SRE/platform/infrastructure).
• Deep understanding of observability tooling and architecture (Fluent Bit, OpenTelemetry, Loki, Elasticsearch, Prometheus, Thanos, Datadog).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/OpenTofu) and secrets management systems (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager).
• Ability to balance technical depth with people leadership and mentor engineers.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of Site Reliability Engineers and define career development paths.
• Define and evolve the observability strategy across the platform focusing on logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Own transversal services like Vault and Terraform Enterprise and drive their evolution.
• Own on-call, incident response processes, and postmortems to improve reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Eng Managers, architects to align observability with product and platform needs.
