Qevlar is seeking its first People Partner to build and run the day-to-day HR function as the company scales. You will coach managers through onboarding, performance reviews, and career paths, while ensuring equity, compliance, and a strong culture across FR, UK and US teams in a remote-first environment.

You will own French labor-law matters, lead CSE consultations, and partner with People Ops to optimize the employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, including 3+ as HRBP in a high-growth tech environment.
• Hands-on French labor-law expertise with experience around CSE consultations.
• Able to coach managers through difficult conversations and drive accountability.

Responsabilités

• Be the go-to partner for managers through onboarding, reviews, and career paths.
• Support employees through mobility, performance and development conversations.
• Lead on French labor law and CSE processes and documentation.
• Foster culture in a remote-first, international team (FR/UK/US).
• Partner with People Ops to ensure smooth employee lifecycle processes.
