Lever, Inc. is seeking an HR Manager based in France for a fully remote, international team.

You will own the entire employee lifecycle, from planning and recruitment to onboarding, development, and offboarding, partnering with leadership to foster engagement and culture within a fast-moving environment. You will lead structured recruitment, implement consistent processes, and coach managers on people-oriented practices, while leveraging AI tools to streamline HR workflows across multi-country

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR experience in medium-to-large tech orgs.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment across technical and creative roles.
• Structured interviews, assessments, and scorecards for hiring.
• Hands-on salary benchmarking, compensation planning, offers, negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across the organization from role definition to hiring.
• Plan hiring around production and business needs with proactive pipelines.
• Build and improve structured hiring processes, interview stages, scorecards, and ATS workflows.
• Coach managers on interviewing, HR policies, and people-management practices.
• Benchmark compensation and design competitive offers aligned with market and budgets.
• Own onboarding to ensure new hires integrate quickly and effectively.
• Manage HR operations including contracts, payroll, leave, benefits, and records.
• Handle terminations professionally with documentation and compliance.
• Be an approachable HR partner for employee concerns and conflicts.
• Identify unhealthy team dynamics and address issues through communication.
