Job summary

Swan is seeking a motivated HR Apprenticeship student to join the People team in Paris. You will help structure the HR department, support onboarding, and assist with administration including contracts, social affiliations, and benefits.

You will respond to day-to-day HR tickets and help maintain employee records. You’ll work closely with Agathe and gain exposure to projects like payroll optimization, due diligence, and tool synergies, in a fast-paced startup environment where diversity and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR/Business or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of internship/apprenticeship in HR.
• Professional English and fluent French.
• Strong Excel and Google Suite skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new Swanees and manage the offer to first weeks experience.
• Support administration: contracts, addendums, social insurance, etc.
• Manage day-to-day HR requests via internal tickets and keep HRIS up to date.
• Contribute to projects like due diligence, payroll tooling, and benefits optimization.
