Mirakl is seeking a Freelance People Operations Specialist for a 12-month contract to support HR processes in France. You will ensure operational excellence for nearly 400 employees, manage payroll, and contribute to HR functions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in payroll management, deep knowledge of French employment law, and enjoys optimizing employee experiences. The role requires on-site work in Paris or Bordeaux up to 4 days a week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in French personnel administration and payroll.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law.
• Significant experience managing outsourced or in-house payroll.

Responsabilités

• Track absences, leave, sick leave, and administrative events impacting payroll.
• Prepare and consolidate variable payroll elements for accuracy.
• Contribute to monthly payroll closings with Finance.
