Morpho in Paris is offering a 6-month internship in the People & Operations team. You will shadow and run onboarding for new joiners, manage the Paris office, and coordinate vendors to keep operations smooth.

This role is based in Paris with hybrid work, requiring regular presence in the office. The internship requires a January 2027 start with a convention de stage, native French and professional English, and a bias for action in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a student eligible for a 6-month internship starting Jan 2027 (convention de stage)
• Native French with professional English proficiency
• Proven use of AI or automation to reduce repetitive work
• Based in Paris and able to be in the office regularly
• Highly organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks

Responsabilités

• Prepare and run onboarding for new joiners using existing flows and improve them
• Serve as the office liaison with building/provider for reception, access, and room bookings
• Manage supplies, deliveries and day-to-day vendor contacts
• Maintain PTO tracking and People records, support expense tracking
• Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite team events
• Handle practical requests to free teams for core work
• Own one repetitive People/Ops workflow and automate it by internship end
