sunday in Paris is building the future of fintech HR. We are hiring a People Operations Associate to join our People team in France (Paris). This hands-on role covers HR operations, employee experience and HR systems, guiding the full lifecycle from contracts to payroll.

You will be the reliable first contact for employees and managers, improving processes, documenting work in Notion and HiBob, and collaborating with Finance, IT and Talent teams to shape a better employee journey at sunday.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in People Operations, HR administration or related fields.
• Curious, organized, discreet and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent French communication and professional English for an international setting.
• Comfort with data, spreadsheets and administrative systems.

Responsabilités

• Support employees and managers on day-to-day People topics.
• Handle contracts, payroll, benefits, leave and employee administration with discretion.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HiBob and document processes in Notion.
• Improve documentation, workflows and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT and Talent teams.
• Support onboarding, offboarding and performance processes to ensure a high-quality employee experience.
