papernest is seeking a Strategy & Operations intern to join the New Business department from January 2027 for 6 months, working across Ops, Customer Care, Data, Finance, CRM, Product and Strategy.

You will develop and scale new business initiatives, contribute to performance analysis, and help deliver top-tier customer experiences while gaining hands-on exposure to a scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from a business or engineering school; initial experience in project management and/or operations, ideally in a startup.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Autonomous, rigorous, and collaborative; fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Support portion of operations.
• Contribute to delivering best customer experience in the market.
• Analyze performance and identify growth drivers.
• Be at the heart of strategy for a flagship papernest project.
