Job summary

Dust is expanding its People Operations with a focused People Experience role to shape onboarding, culture and the employee journey across Paris, London, New York and San Francisco. You will partner with People Ops, IT and office leads to deliver a thoughtful, consistent experience that feels personal and inclusive.

You will lead rituals, plan offsites, gather feedback, and build scalable processes while maintaining a high standard of quality and kindness in daily interactions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in People Operations, People Experience or Workplace Experience in a fast-growing, distributed environment.
• A proactive generalist who handles multiple tasks without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Real ideas, sound judgement and the confidence to improve how things work today.
• Strong operational ownership, project management skills and attention to detail.
• Warmth, empathy and a genuine interest in helping people feel comfortable and connected.
• Clear, direct communication and discretion with sensitive situations.
• Confidence working with vendors, budgets and outside partners.
• Ability to build simple processes that scale while staying pragmatic.
• Comfort with a fast-moving environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience end to end, from pre-boarding to first-day logistics across locations.
• Coordinate with People Ops, IT, Finance, hiring managers, and site leads to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Partner on offboarding to maintain consistent care for departing employees.
• Be a trusted point of contact for daily employee questions and needs, escalating to People Ops when needed.
• Run and improve team rituals, plan offsites, and create inclusive moments across offices.
• Listen to feedback, turn insights into concrete improvements, and track simple workplace metrics.
• Shape workplaces to be safe, welcoming, functional and ergonomic across offices.
• Scale the employee experience as Dust grows with simple processes and clear ownership.
