Egis is seeking a People Analytics & Performance Specialist to act as a trusted partner to the People Analytics & Performance Manager. You will improve data quality, streamline reporting, and support performance monitoring across HR systems while aligning with CSRD and IMS frameworks.

You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and COEs, translating complex data into insights for leadership decisions and ensuring timely, compliant reporting across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in data quality and governance within HR or People Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for reporting.
• Understanding of HRIS systems (Oracle HCM) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure data quality and governance across HR systems; coordinate with HR teams and COEs to fix root causes.
• Consolidate and optimize recurring People reporting within unified framework; produce monthly/quarterly reports for stakeholders.
• Support deployment and improvement of Power BI and other reporting tools.
• Contribute to HR risk management and monitoring of performance KPIs in IMS governance.
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholders to prepare leadership presentations and ensure regulatory alignment (CSRD, SIPOC, IMS).
