Egis Group is seeking a highly analytical People Analytics & Performance Specialist to strengthen data quality, streamline reporting, and support HR risk management across the organization. The role collaborates with HR teams, COEs, Finance, and leadership to deliver insights for decision-making.

Key focus areas include CSRD, IMS, and SIPOC alignment, plus facilitating data-driven conversations and ensuring regulatory compliance across the group.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data handling and interpretation.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of People/HR data, performance frameworks, and process governance.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems (Oracle HCM) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Data Quality & Governance: monitor and improve data quality across systems; coordinate with teams.
• Reporting Consolidation & Optimization: centralize recurring reporting; produce monthly/quarterly reports; improve processes; support Power BI deployments.
• HR Risk Management: identify, monitor, and report HR risks; support mitigation actions.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: build relationships with HRBPs, COEs, Finance; support presentations for leadership.
• Transversal Performance & Regulatory Coordination: monitor KPIs; support CSRD, IMS, SIPOC; align indicators across teams.
