Egis en France is seeking a highly analytical and business‑savvy People Analytics & Performance Specialist to serve as the trusted right hand to the People Analytics & Performance Manager. The role strengthens data quality, improves reporting efficiency, and supports performance monitoring across IMS and CSRD governance, enabling leadership to make insight‑driven decisions.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and COEs to coordinate regulatory reporting, drive data governance, and advance power BI

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with data handling and interpretation.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
Understanding of People/HR data, performance frameworks, and governance.
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle HCM) is a plus.

Responsabilités

Monitor and improve data quality across systems and governance.
Centralize recurring People reporting within a unified framework and improve efficiency.
Support HR risk management, reporting, and follow-up with stakeholders.
Build relationships with HRBPs, COEs, Finance, and key stakeholders; support leadership presentations.
Coordinate across CSRD, IMS, SIPOC, and related regulatory reporting and compliance.
