Egis en France is seeking a highly analytical and business‑savvy People Analytics & Performance Specialist to serve as the trusted right hand to the People Analytics & Performance Manager. The role strengthens data quality, improves reporting efficiency, and supports performance monitoring across IMS and CSRD governance, enabling leadership to make insight‑driven decisions.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and COEs to coordinate regulatory reporting, drive data governance, and advance power BI

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with data handling and interpretation.
  • Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
  • Experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a strong plus.
  • Understanding of People/HR data, performance frameworks, and governance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Oracle HCM) is a plus.

We are seeking a highly analytical, structured, and business‑savvy People Analytics & Performance Secialist to serve as the trusted right hand to the People Analytics & Performance Manager.

This role plays a central part in strengthening People data quality, improving reporting efficiency, supporting performance monitoring (IMS), and contributing to HR risk management.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication skills, thrives in cross‑functional environments, and enjoys transforming complex data into insights that inform leadership decisions.

The role also carries a transversal responsibility across group performance topics, including CSRD, SIPOC, and IMS, ensuring coordination across teams to support enterprise‑wide performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Quality & Governance
  • Monitor and track People data quality across systems (e.g., HCM) and ensure timely remediation.
  • Coordinate with the People Analytics team, HR teams, COEs, and local stakeholders to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
2. Reporting Consolidation & Optimization
  • Centralize recurring People reporting within a unified and consistent framework aligned with the new operating model.
  • Produce high‑quality monthly and quarterly reports for HRBPs, Management, and COEs.
  • Streamline existing reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reliability.
  • Support the deployment and continuous improvement of Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Contribute to the identification, monitoring, and reporting of HR‑related risks.
  • Support mitigation plans and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Build strong relationships with HRBPs, COEs, Finance, and key business stakeholders.
  • Facilitate information flow, ensure alignment, and support preparation of presentations for committees and leadership.
  • Represent the People Analytics & Performance Manager on selected topics as needed.
5. Transversal Performance & Regulatory Coordination (DPEF, CSRD, SIPOC, IMS)
  • Support monitoring of performance KPIs in line with IMS governance.
  • Follow up on action plans, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Prepare performance reviews, analysis packs, and insights for leadership.
  • Contribute to group‑wide performance topics, including CSRD, IMS, and related compliance and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure coordination between People, Finance, Sustainability, COEs, and Business teams on regulatory and extra‑financial reporting matters.
  • Support the structuring, documentation, and continuous improvement of key processes using SIPOC to ensure consistency, compliance, and high‑quality deliverables.
  • Participate in data consolidation, analysis, and reporting required for CSRD obligations and for internal performance monitoring through IMS.
  • Help align indicators, methodologies, and data definitions across teams, enabling an integrated view of group performance.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of People/HR data, performance frameworks, and process governance.
