Qualifications

Proven payroll management experience enabling independent work quickly.
Higher education specializing in payroll, HR, or equivalent field.

Responsabilités

Process and review variable payroll elements.
Resolve timekeeping discrepancies in time management systems.
Ensure calculation, review, and issuance of payslips.
Comply with internal compensation policy and legal requirements.
Ensure proper integration of administrative changes into payroll, including DSN filings.
Process action notices.
Enter, calculate, and verify variable bonuses.
Perform consistency checks and periodic audits across the entire payroll process.
Work as part of a nine-person team.
