Qualifications

• Significant payroll experience (5–10 years) in consultancy or multi-bargaining environments.
• Expertise in payroll and DSN.
• Substantial SAP experience.
• Strong HRIS and payroll tools proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Meticulous, autonomous, service-oriented, and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll control files.
• Maintain DSN control files.
• Implementation of new payroll controls.
• Support deployment of DSN control solution for SAP clients.
• Automation initiatives to improve reliability and optimize payroll processing.
• Assist teams on applying legal and collective bargaining updates within SAP.
• Participate in DSN and payroll audits, onboarding/integration of new clients.
