Arch Systems seeks a Lead Product Manager for Partnerships to own the partner-facing product strategy across Europe, focusing on integrations and co-selling with distributors and channel partners.

You will translate strategic goals into partner-ready offerings, manage the roadmap, and collaborate with engineering to deliver durable solutions in a remote-first, globally distributed team.

This role includes equity opportunities and growth with a focus on ecosystem expansion.

Formación

• 8+ years in Product Management or related roles.
• Bachelor's in CS, Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with data platforms, APIs and analytics systems.
• Track record delivering complex software from strategy to go-to-market.
• User feedback-driven roadmap development.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead partner-facing product strategy and roadmap.

• Own pricing and packaging for partner-delivered offerings.
