Job summary

10x.team seeks a Freelance Sales Partner to open doors, generate opportunities, and connect European companies with flexible senior talent. This is a commission-only role with no fixed hours and a 50% share of margins on successful placements.

You’ll work independently, leverage your European network, and build recurring client relationships across domains such as AI, finance, legal, and tech. Based remotely in Europe or the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies in need of freelance, fractional or project-based professionals.
• Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team proposition.
• Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project requirements.
• Turn opportunities into freelance assignments.
• Collaborate with the 10x.team network to facilitate successful client–freelancer matches.
• Drive client base growth across Europe.
