Job summary

10x.team seeks a Freelance Sales Partner to open doors, create opportunities, and introduce European companies to flexible senior talent. This is a commission-only, no-cap role with 50% of the margin for each successful placement, and no fixed hours.

Work remotely across Europe while building a network of clients and freelancers. Ideal candidates bring European B2B sales and business development experience, plus a network of decision-makers who hire freelancers or fractional professionals.

Qualifications

• European experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, staffing, consulting or freelance/interim solutions.
• Network with companies or decision-makers who hire freelancers, contractors or fractional professionals.
• Ability to open doors, build trust and convert conversations into opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify companies in need of freelance, fractional, or project-based professionals.
• Reach out to decision-makers and introduce the 10x.team proposition.
• Build relationships with new clients and uncover hiring or project requirements.
• Spot opportunities across domains such as legal, AI, finance, sales, marketing, operations, HR, compliance, healthcare, and technology.
• Turn opportunities into freelance assignments.
• Collaborate with the 10x.team network to facilitate successful client–freelancer matches.
• Drive client base growth across Europe.
