Job summary

You will troubleshoot in real time, guide partners through APIs and payment workflows, and push for AI‑assisted delivery to move faster while maintaining Klarna's quality standards. French proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery in payments/fintech.
• Understanding of integrations and APIs to troubleshoot independently.
• Experience bridging technical and commercial discussions with partners.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with strong analytical approach.
• Proficient in French.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping through go-live.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs, payment processing, and dependencies.
• Use AI tools to move faster through delivery work and push for their use across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope and delivery priorities.
• Hold implementations to Klarna's quality bar, not just 'it works.'
• Turn insights about partner systems and the payments ecosystem into feedback to improve Klarna's products and frameworks.
