Job summary

Klarna is seeking a technical program manager to run multiple partner implementations from scoping through go-live and beyond, ensuring deployments meet Klarna’s quality bar.

You’ll troubleshoot in real time, guide partners through APIs and payments, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, and GTM to set scope and priorities, using AI tools to accelerate delivery. French language proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery in payments/fintech.

Responsibilities

• Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping through go-live and beyond.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs and payment processing.
• Define integration scope and priorities with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to meet Klarna’s quality bar.
